COLLABORATIVE SUCCESS

The WizStart Academy after school enrichment program, offers an extended  academic environment with an added mathematical component to our core set of activities.  We have incorporated Dr. Michael Batie’s patent “Ten Counting Frame” Abacus to develop proficiency in Math and building cognitive mathematical connect-ions.  Dr. Batie’s notable research has significantly proven an increase in mental calculation, problem solving, and listening skills potentially lasting for decades.  The benefits go beyond Math!
